Up early this morning for pushups, situps and burpees. It'll be another busy day today- work, black belt class, then mentor session with Master Cavazos. Master Cavazos will hopefully work with Master Dege and me on Double Stick 2 tonight. I've done quite a bit of research for my essay about the Hwarangdo warriors.
