The Food Service Industry

...is like no other business. Curve balls come at you constantly. I absolutely love the intensity and challenges. Yesterday was full of them. I went to work at 0715 and left last night at 2330. I am about to go back. I definitely lost some time yesterday, and will through Easter Sunday when we will serve about 1500 people.
