I started today sleeping in. Its nice not having to get up and go anywhere first thing in the morning, but only sometimes. Monday I had a lot of high, do it, energy. Today I still have energy, but its a bit slower if that makes any sense. I'm still motivated, I feel good, I feel excited for the day; but I don't feel like I need to rush and get a lot of things done.
I know what I need to do today, and it will get done.
I probably really start my day and black belt requirements after I have lunch with my friend. Then later if I have the energy, I will go roller skating.
Because I have such so much to do this evening, it good I slept in, or at least that what I will tell myself.
