T'was the Night Before Christmas

Here we are... night before Christmas. Beautiful day out. Love being in the south. Nate and I were able to get a run in this morning, and did some jump rope. My Italian wife is cooking a long sauce on the stove, so the whole house smells fantastic. I had to fix some of my outside lights as my daughter ran over some this morning as she attempted to back out of the drive way. Nate and I did our exercises. Sore but good to go. Wife just ran to the grocery store for some last minute things (always happens). My mother/father-in law are on their way, and we will all go to my parents house for Christmas eve dinner. Then back to our house for family gifts on Christmas eve and the kids open their Christmas Pajamas (tradition we have done forever). The off to bed and wait for Santa to come. I love to hear about people's traditions for Holidays. Everyone does it a bit different, but I think the tradition is great for memories and good tidings. Christmas is my second favorite holiday over Thanksgiving. I could lose the gift giving part of Christmas and then it would be similar to Thanksgiving. I just like hanging with family and being thankful for God and everyone in my life. I hope everyone enjoys their holiday in their own special way. Take care.
