Hello All. I am super excited to start my Second Poom Black Belt Cycle. This is my first journal entry for this cycle. Just came back home from my Hyper sparring class. Had a few good rounds of sparring done today. Earlier in the day my dad made me do a lot of push ups and sit-ups. The reason is i need to get as many done before school reopens on Jan 4th.
My dad and i have a schedule planned and we try and run during the day. Our goal is to hit a minimum of 1.5 miles - 2miles. Over and above that I also ride my bike and do a lot of chores at home. I also did my first Mentor session with Master Randle yesterday along with Dr Rochelle. I am trying to make sure i have all my poomsae and self defense from the color belts perfected with Master Randle's help!!
