Today I got up and went to my blackbelt class. We worked on kicks, some poomsaes, and self defense white to yellow (low and high) and hapkito 1, 2, and 3.
I came home and did my stuff, had a quick bite to eat, and went back to the dojang for a knife seminar.
Came home, showered, and now relaxing.
