Yesterday was a a normal but tiring day. School was like always except that I had tests throughout my classes. Once I finished school, I went to tae-kwon-do. There, I helped out the 5:25 class where the students did mostly review, so I got in some poomsaes and self defense helping them. Then, I did my session with my mentee right after class. Finally, I took Hyper where we practiced kicks. We also practiced staff strikes using the staff, which will be used for the staff form. When I came home, I was extremely soar and tired from the harsh day I had. Hope everyone has a great day!!
