Today was a good day ran two miles and accidently fell on the treadmill but we good also helped with class today we did forms and breaking techniques. Tomorrow im going to go to Harrisburg to do sparing and blackbelt class also hopefully it's actually snow instead of a bunch of ice this week anyways peace
