Today I woke up to eat a biscuit and go to black belt class. Since the class was held at the Lake Norman location it was a longer drive for me. A lot of people were there. During black belt class we worked a lot on poomsaes, actually we worked on poomsaes the whole time. When I got home I ate chicken for lunch. After that I’m probably headed to the gym to do some of my requirements.
