I have a lot of pain in my heels seems I have somehow gotten planter blah blah blah , it does not matter the name it just really hurts, I am concerned about being able to continue without a long rest, not what I want to hear, I will keep trying but man my heels hurt, if I forgot to mention my heels hurt, anyway working on forms with TKD shoes helps but by the time I am done with three to four hours of classes I am I a lot of pain, just encase I did not mention that yet. Hope everybody else is doing well, have moving forward.
