Good day at the dojang today. Lots of hard work from our color belts, preparing for their testings next week. Workout this morning was hard...took a minute or two to get in the groove. Poomsae tonight with Master Chelley and Instructor Rob. Also some sinawales and connectors refresher with my mentees. Hope everyone is off to a good start for the week.
