today i woke up promptly at 4:15 and spent 10 minutes in the bathroom brushing my teeth, getting dressed, waking up, and i did 10 pull ups. i immediately went downstairs and ran outside in pitch black, i ran 1.2 miles. i caught my breath and went downstairs in my basement, at this point it was 4:40. i did half my pushups, sit ups, kicks, forms, self defense, jumprope, sparring rounds, and burpees. i was completely drained of energy. before i fell asleep i went upstairs and changed into better clothes. then i went downstairs and had a bowl of rice crispies and a protein shake to keep me awake. i packed up my bag and was out the door at 5:55 because my bus comes at 6:15 and there is no way i was going to be late. i got on the bus and sat next to my friend Kennedy. the bus was dark still because it was way to early so we all took a nap. when i got to school i went to my homeroom (homeroom is not first block, you do not learn anything in homeroom, you just go there in the mornings for the first 10-20 minutes for announcements and to hang out). i went to my first block and i had a great teacher but a class with kids im not too familiar with yet, first block is english. my second block was JROTC (junior reserve officers training core, mine is the air force JROTC). the instructors, not called teachers but instructors, were still active duty in the military so they were commanding and would not put up with ANY nonsense, they were all business, i will have to work hard to do good in that class but i enjoy how they operate. my 3rd block class was biology and i had a great, funny teacher but i had a few trouble makers in my class who will probably soon be gone. i went to lunch and i enjoyed it since this was the first time i had open lunch and that i could eat outside too. when the bell rang i went to forth block and my teacher was real nice and bubbly, my class was the same as 1st block. then i got on the bus and went home after a long day of going over rules and requirements. i think i will enjoy class and high school but its going to be tiring. i went home and got ready for class at mint hill, i arrived at 3:45 to help out with the green belt and lower class, that class had 43 students in it, primarily made up of white belts or new people. the only instructors were me and master Justin, making it a challenging class to keep control in. we mainly worked on basic techniques and games for the class, rules and examples of what we do in every day class but i think everyone had fun. the next class i took to catch up on my requirements for the day so i could go home and do less and i worked on kicks and forms with instructor Alexander. after that class was over i went home and worked out, finishing up my requirements for the day. now i am tired and im going to shower, do homework, eat, and go to bed to wake up early tomorrow morning and start this all over again.
