Day #24 - 8/05/2024

Practiced self defense up to 1st degree, couple of spin yups, tornado, and back kicks. Need to work more on jump back kicks.

I feel like I’m still improving but still have some ways to get to peak performance. I’m still sore all over and mostly tired, but muscles are getting toned as well. I find that I can push harder. It hurts more but it’s possible.
