Today was another busy work day. I was going to try to get some miles in over lunch but right at noon the skies opened up. I did manage to get some in later (I took a late lunch) and once it hit 5pm, it was off to the dojang for helping and then sparring.
Still not a big fan of sparring - I'm too methodical and analytical for something that happens that fast. But I'm learning new things so it's all good. But now it's off to bed and back at it again tomorrow.
