Today was awesome day besides you ongoing one sided feud with Enterprise. I started my morning by brewing myself some coffee and watching some ESPN to recap the nights previous games since I watched WWE instead. I took out the trash and went for a long walk before the light rain showers began here. I made my way over to pick up the rental that I had reserved and wouldn't you know they've given my confirmed vehicle away. I can only hope and assume someone had somewhere more important to be than me. It was a good practice in patience because I was already disgruntled with this particular situation. Dealing with the adversity of a maintaining your integrity during a frustrating situation and still standing up for yourself. Taekwondo has done wonders for my mental health over the years and I am especially grateful for its effect over my life. However when you are in an environment where you aren't necessarily tested because everyone is courteous it can make it difficult when those on the outside don't adhere to the same standard. I talked for over an hour with customer service the resolution they had for me was to wait longer on the escalation process which initially was relayed to me to be through email. That wasn't the case because when I called back 2 weeks ago with my initial issue they told me they would call within 2-3 business days. It has been 2 weeks I assume that they forgot or neglected my case. I then tried to chat with someone from Enterprise online and called back even later in the day to see if someone might follow up with me before the close of business. Finally someone got back to me and assured me that they would have things resolved for me in the morning. I'm going to allow myself to trust that things are going to work out but I also planned a backup just in case they forget me again. Thanks for listening to me vent. I'm watching the Lakers v TWolves right now with my Pops. He is doing much better this week and I am very grateful for that as well. I know that I am very fortunate and that I am lucky these are some of my only real problems currently. Y'all take care have and awesome rest of your evening.
