I got my running and other requirements in early at the Y (which opens at 5:00am) because I had an appointment at the dentist later in the morning and I didn't know how I'd feel at Black Belt class tonight after I'd been given anesthesia. After I warmed up, I felt OK, so it wasn't really an issue like I thought it might be.
Also, a new instructor (4th Dan) joined our class tonight. I think he'll be a great addition to our dojang.
