Long day but a good one. Started with a workout at 9Round and then training with Grandmaster Evins and company. Completed an essay and then completes something that I have been working on at KT. Mentee session and good classes today. And wrapped my evening up in one of the best ways, laughing with Baby Olive. Back at it all tomorrow. Have a wonderful Wednesday!
