Friday- Went to my kettlebell workout, it had a lot more running than usual which would have been good except I majorly jammed my toes yesterday in class. It was a busy day at work, lots of meetings prepping for my travel next week. Got 2 loads of trash from my construction project tot he dump and spent an hour on the phone with mecklenburg county trying to understand permitting.
Class was good, and home in time for dinner and early bed.
