Today was another day. I did requirements, went to class. Master Foster did a lot of new things today that we normally don't do. I liked the drills and learned that I need to work on my side fall. I keep putting my arm out when I land. I learned knife self defense 1-4. Didn't find it that difficult but I have to practice to remember the moves. I did a mentee session and my mentee is coming along better. I gave him some pointers on jump turning side kick and how to make his poomsae stronger. I came home and ate dinner with my mom. I guess I'm headed to camp tomorrow. Not too excited that I have to wake up early. Well have a good night.
