Yesterday i went to blackbelt class and sparring. there i found out that our service project is being done by Mr. Woods so thank you! but we also learned about more self defence. Master Foster likes to make it known that self defense is not a choreography and that in a situation like that, just do whatever is smart to get out of there as quick as possible.
