I did so well the first week of journaling and not so well the second. I really need to focus on getting these in, I've been doing well with my other requirements.
Had a Sat BB class and then a mentor session today, then I went to the poomsae seminar put on at Lake Norman. I enjoyed the day, but after sparring and BB Class in Harrisburg last night and all the things today, I'm pretty worn out.
