Got the written test printed off. I know a lot of the answers off hand, but there are definitely ones I forgot and/or just need to look up. Will get cracking on that soon. I seem to be getting slower on my burpees some days. I don't think it is the exercise itself, just the up and down motion that gets to me. Similar with multiple spinning kicks. I swear I used to be able to spin faster and much longer without getting dizzy.
