Good Morning King Tiger Family. Yesterday was a great beginning with our pretest. I felt pretty good with the physical requirements and my poomsaes. Always room to improve. I still need to work on self-defenses. I need to adjust some of my stances and hand positions... so it is time to clean it up. This is what I am focusing on during the weekly requirements.
