I got in 3 miles this afternoon. With rain headed this way, I'm glad I got a little extra in yesterday and today. Typical Tuesday. Work, bb requirements, and took Jovi to his rock band practice. I'm doing deep stretching every evening to try and increase flexibility. Hope everyone had a great day.
