Today was a solid day overall. Woke up and kicked things off with a great workout at 9Round.

Felt a bit less hungry than usual when I got to work, so I saved most of my food for later instead of forcing it down. During lunch, I made some more progress on my kwan essay. Later in the afternoon, I picked up the kids, assisted with classes, and captured a few more videos of the after-school group staying active in Taekwondo to share with parents.

Before sparring class, I went for a two-mile walk to get outside and clear my head. By the time I returned, my appetite was back, so I finished my leftovers right before stepping onto the mat. Sparring went really well—I was worried my foot would be sore afterward, but it’s feeling completely fine.

Immediately after sparring, I rushed over to East Lincoln High School to catch some of my former flag football players in their tackle game. It wasn't a close one and they ended up taking a tough loss, but it was still good to support them.

Once I got home, I had dinner, showered, and settled in for the night. Looking forward to black belt class tomorrow afternoon!
