These last three days, I have been so busy. This week at school was the end of the quarter, this means tests were everywhere and teachers were trying to cram lessons in to meet deadlines. Good thing I got ahead on my requirements so I could focus on school for the rest of the week. Today at class we had this cool self defense drill, I feel like it prioritized our muscle memory to have to turn around and remember which foot is supposed to be in front and then perform the self defense. After class, I went on a run, and by this time I was exhausted from everything that had been going on during the week. I was thinking to myself, "this week has really been testing my limits."  And that got me thinking, your . . . "limits" is just a metaphor used to describe what you have not achieved yet. The only way to achieve your goals is to grow, and the only way to grow is to push past your "limits". So with that being said, the next time you feel like you have nothing left inside of you, just know, that is when you are improving yourself. I hope everyone had a good week. Stay positive. - Lucas
