Yesterday Alexander graduated from Piedmont High School so nothing got done. I tried to make it up today so I ran to the Crossfit class and completed a routine called Barbra, then ran back, it was a little to much with the heat and the amount of work out. Anyway it was fun and did get a lot done today in class and at Crossfit.
