i didn't go to sparring today, but i did help out and go to bbc. after this we're going to pick up my sister from jr instructors and maybe go out from lunch. well, it'll be 3 so maybe lunch-midafternoon snack. midlunch snack? lol, nm but i'll see you guys tomorrow. bye
