Made it to the gym again this morning.  Also went yesterday as well.  I did alot of shoulders/upper body, and CORE!  This is definitely making my pushups and situps much more challenging today.  I normally make it a point to get on an elliptical machine for at least 15-20 minutes every time I go.  Normally, when I run or do jump rope on a hard surface, It begins to really wear on my shins.
