I think I've figured out what my horrifyingly devastating pain in my arm is. I've been doing this rotater cuff workout for baseball and soft ball players recommended by Instructor Schnieder, so I've been doing it every day and it's still new to my rotater cuff so I think that I've overused it. So I'm going to take a break from those. Hopefully you guys are able to do without falling down on the 5th one.
