Just if you guys were wondering, all of my squat thrusts/burpees are done because I thought we had to do 150 a day. Also today I went to black belt class and I learned a new poomsae (a stick form). It was really interesting and fun. After black belt class, I took sparring. We did this new warm up drill where we had to jump up and shake our hips. Master Knight said it helps because most of our power comes from our hips. I had really fun today and I hope I can attend the black belt classes and sparring classes every weekend. Make sure to stay confident and keep doing your exercises.
