Yesterday was a great, tiring day as I took sparring in the morning . I got in almost 60 burpees (that I counted) in sparring. I also got a lot of kicks in during sparring too, which made my arms and legs pain for the rest of the day. In the afternoon, I took Black Belt class where we practiced all our solid belt poomsaes and self defense up to red belt and then at the end of class, I got in to practice my 2nd Dan self defense. I also learned my 2nd Dan specials which I still need to practice. Today is Sunday and I just can't wait to watch football!!
