Today was a normal school day, nothing too out of the ordinary. After school I went to help with the Senior Tiger class; I led warm‑ups and worked with a green belt on their poomsaes, which went pretty well. After that I had my mentor session where we went through the single stick form, staff form, and a few poomsaes. Once I got home, I finished up my requirements and wrapped up the day. Pretty steady overall.
