For my exercise I did my push-ups for like about 20 to 30 minutes. Doing 150 push-ups after waking up is super hard. I still have almost got it doing a proper push-up. I can go down, but it is hard for me to come back up. Then for sit-ups I did it properly but because when I go up my neck turns it starts to hurt a lot and when I lean back and my lower part of my back bone hurts also. But I still do it. Then for jump rope it is hard to do 8 minutes, but I can take it. Then sometimes for practice my legs hurt Because I keep come down from jumping with force. Then I must get ready for school and for P.E. we still must do running for soccer practice learning. I am having a very hard time on days I have P.E. also on.
