Hello, trough out the week end I traveled to Baltimore, I was intending to go to my sisters baby shower, but unfortunately I ended up having a head ache and wasn't able to go :(. I expected do my requirements while I was gone but I wasn't able to to. Today I was able to ketch up on poomesae, pull ups, and plank. I am going to try to get done with every thing I fell behind on through out this week.
