I woke up in the morning and I got ready, then I ate breakfast and went to the track to run a mile.  My original plan was to run 2 miles but I decided to only run 1, because my stomach was cramping. After the mile I went home and did my requirements.  After that, all I had to do was Poomsae and self defense and so I went to my grandmas house for a while, then came home and did the rest of the things I needed to do.
