Hello everybody, I first woke up this morning ate a hardy breakfast with eggs, bacon, and pears. I then ran 1.5 miles with my Bro, and quickly started doing pull-ups, sit-ups, push-ups, and sparring rounds. jump rope i had to do throughout the whole day because it takes a lot of cardio, and 3 in a row is too much!! We did go to the pool today since going outside was basically like walking onto a grill. After the pool we went to my grand parents house to finish our poomsaes and self defenses. We then got home and took good showers, and went to sleep.
