The Crossfit Open started last night.

Although I am not a registered participant due to my shoulder injury, I will be doing the weekly open workouts on Friday mornings.

20 Thrusters (135 lb)

WOD:

20 min AMRAP (6 Rounds + 27)

25 ft Walking Overhead Lunge (45 lb bar)

8 Burpees Over Bar

25 ft Walking Overhead Lunge

8 Chest 2 Bar Pull-ups

Post workout sit-ups, stretching and got 5 rounds of jump rope
