Ended the summer on a high note yesterday with my wife and a day trip to NYC. I am very luck to have her. Treated myself to a late morning but have 2 hours slotted this afternoon to make up for skipping my usual AM workout.
There is no psychiatrist in the world like a puppy licking your face.
