I think I worked out a little too much today. I'm honestly not sure how I have the strength to type this. I a lot of pushups and sit ups in the morning, 30 of each, did 100 more in my regular class, did 60 burpies in that class, Then I helped out with family class which wasn't a sweat but When it came down to adult class, that's when the pain really kicked in. I felt so sore that I wanted to fall asleep there. I think I'll take it more often though because inst. Leiberman told it was really good for requirements. But there's only so much you can do in one day, especially time wise. Well good luck every one and have a good night!
