We are in full into our BB Cycle and rolling along nicely. I do need to get busy on my essays, my new skill and studying for the written exam. On a good note, I aced my last class for my BS in Culinary Management this week scoring a 99.7 for a 4.0 throughout the program. As soon as the BB Test is complete in April I will begin Graduate School working towards my MBA. Every long term goal should have several small term goals that support it. We must always be challenging ourselves.
