So I've been behind in entering my data into the tracker. I went ahead and did that yesterday and it turns out that I am farther ahead on several of the categories than I thought I was. So that's exciting. I'm going to use that to my advantage for the rest of the week and spend the time I would have doing pushups / situps / etc. to do some yoga / recover. I'm hoping that this will help me fix the weakness I've been feeling lately.
However, I am way behind on the jump rope portion. So even though I'm going to take a little break, next week I'll have to hit the jump rope pretty hard to catch up.
