I've decided to try something different for my pushup / sit up / pull up / burpee requirements.  I've been doing daily multiple 1 min sets of the work outs.  Which has been working, but I've plateaued.  I"m going to start focusing on numbers of requirements,   with managed sets, and scheduled breaks to try and improve.  It's going to be more in a single setting, so I'll only be doing it every other day.  Then on the "off" days, I'm going to do a 1 minute test.  Across those days, I should still have plenty of time worth of work, just more concentrated, instead of spread out.
