I really hope my nutrition challenge gets easier as the 30 days goes on.  I actually got up and started walking to the pantry for a snack last night out of habit, and then I remembered that i wasn't snacking.  On the plus side - the essay should be easy.  I have a lot to write about already. 

 

As for requirements...my runs have been real slow.  My neighborhood is super hilly, so I don't expect the same pace I got on the track.  But I'm slower than I was.  I'm not sure what's going on, but I'm not happy about it.
