I hope everyone has a great run in the morning and does well on the rest of the physical. I know alot of people have been checking their answers over the last week or so at LKN, I'm betting on them doing well on their written test. Tomorrow will be fun, I'm teaching black belt class in the morning. 😁 And then off to the community service with Instructor Peyton. Planning on the gym and some miles afterwards so a full day.
