productive day today. I woke up and had breakfast which was a ton of eggs which I loved, and it also had ham. Then  I relaxed for a bit before going to the recreational center  , where I got 4 miles in , workout in the gym, and also played basketball . Pretty tiring but I mostly felt it in my upper chest and shoulders. I went home and tried to eat a lot of protein and good foods, which is my nutrition challenge goal. Then I had dinner and I’m about to sleep.
